I subscribed but everything is still locked

Open Affyelle, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Affyelle. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The voice stops when I lock my phone

Check that Silent mode or a Focus is not muting media, and that Low Power Mode is off. Sessions are made to keep playing on the lock screen.

Can I fall asleep while listening?

Yes. Choose the Sleep ending, or set the sleep timer in the player, and the session will fade out gently.
